1. Any cancellations received up to 7 days prior to arrival date, 10% retention of Amount paid will be debited.
2. Cancellations received 06 days to 48 hours prior to check in date 25% of amount paid will be debited.
3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours or NO SHOW, the full amount will be debited.
